A tint test helps us determine if you have any allergies or sensitivities to the products we use. This is crucial to prevent any adverse reactions during your treatment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Patch Tests – Strict but Essential 🤍 Patch tests are a legal and professional requirement for certain treatments. While we know they can feel inconvenient, they are there solely to protect your safety — and we take this responsibility extremely seriously. Patch tests are very quick and are usually fitted between existing appointments, which means timing is strict. Please arrive exactly on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Treatments that REQUIRE a patch test: Brow Lamination Brow Tint Hybrid Brow Stain Lash Lift Lash Tint Timing Rules (Please Read Carefully) Patch tests must be completed at least 24 hours before your treatment Patch tests are valid for 6 months A new patch test is required if: You have had any medical changes You are pregnant or breastfeeding You have changed medication You have experienced reactions previously You have not had the treatment within 6 months Even if you’ve had the treatment elsewhere or “never reacted before”, a patch test is still required. Why We Are So Strict We completely understand that having to come in for a patch test can feel like a nuisance — however, reactions can develop at any time, even to products you’ve used before. Our philosophy is simple: Better to be safe than sorry — always. Your safety will never be rushed, assumed, or compromised. Booking Your Patch Test Patch tests must be booked separately Please ensure your patch test is booked at least 24 hours before your treatment Patch tests are quick, but because they are fitted between appointments, lateness may result in cancellation If you attend your appointment without a valid patch test: Your treatment cannot go ahead Cancellation fees may apply
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for MYFace Beauty Clinic Introduction By booking an appointment with MYFace Beauty Clinic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Booking and Confirmation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 72+ Hours Notice: Deposit transferable but non-refundable. 48-72 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 25% cancellation fee. 24-48 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 75% cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Full treatment cost (100%) charged. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in treatment being shortened or rescheduled, and full payment is still required. Client Responsibilities Health Disclosure: Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. Aftercare: Follow provided aftercare for the best results. Pregnancy/Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor before booking if necessary. Owner’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for emergencies or operational reasons. Deposits will be transferred but non-refundable. Right to Refuse Service We may refuse service for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to disclose health information. Full payment will still be charged. Payment and Fees Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Direct Charges: By booking, you consent to charges for cancellation or no-show fees. Free Cancellation Card Clients are entitled to one free cancellation per year. The deposit will not be refunded but can be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days. Privacy Your personal data will only be used for booking and treatment purposes. It will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment. You agree to indemnify the clinic, except in cases of negligence. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where MYFace Beauty Clinic operates.
