If you’re unsure about a treatment, that’s totally normal. Most treatments are suitable for the majority of clients, but everyone’s skin, lifestyle, and goals are different. We carry out consultations before all treatments. For advanced treatments (including microblading), suitability is assessed more strictly. If a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll always be honest — your safety and results come first. If you’re ever unsure before booking, message us. We’d much rather advise upfront than disappoint later.
A: At MyFace Beauty Clinic, we prioritize your safety during pregnancy. Some treatments, like brow lamination, lash lifts, certain tints, microblading, PMU, and specific skincare treatments, are not recommended. Safe options include brow shaping, gentle facials, nail treatments, and waxing (depending on sensitivity). Always consult your healthcare provider before any treatment. MYFace Beauty Clinic – Cancellation Policy
At MYFace Beauty Clinic, your time and ours are valuable. By booking, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your booking and are applied to your treatment price.
Cancellation Fees

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in:
shortened service,
rescheduled appointment, or
full charge.
Please plan extra travel time — late arrivals impact other clients’ bookings.
Free Cancellation
Each client is entitled to one complimentary cancellation per calendar year.
Deposit is still transferable but not refundable.
Does not apply to microblading / PMU bookings.
Owner’s Right to Cancel
MYFace Beauty Clinic reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time, for emergencies, operational reasons, or health concerns.
Deposits will be transferred to the next available appointment, not refunded.
Direct Payment Consent
By booking, you agree your card may be charged automatically for any applicable cancellation, late arrival, or no-show fees.
Unpaid fees may result in further action.
When you book a treatment at MYFACE Beauty Clinic, you’re entering a professional agreement. You will need to tick and sign consent confirming that you have read and understood all booking policies, agreed to our cancellation, deposit, and late-arrival terms, and consented to your card being charged where applicable. This consent is legally binding. Our policies may be updated at any time, but the policies in place at the time of your booking will always apply. We offer a one-time cancellation grace per year, where your deposit is still taken but can be transferred if you rebook and attend a replacement appointment within 60 days. Our strict cancellation policy ensures fairness and sustainability. Please arrive on time as late arrivals may result in shortened or cancelled appointments with full charges still applying. For microblading and advanced treatments, stricter policies apply. We reserve the right to refuse service if consent forms are incomplete or if safety, respect, or professionalism is compromised. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments with MYFACE Beauty Clinic (Rhi) are booked directly via our website.
When booking, you will:
Select your treatment and appointment time
Pay a non-refundable deposit (25–50% depending on treatment value and duration)
Complete and sign our consultation and consent forms
By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all MYFACE Beauty Clinic policies. These terms are legally binding.

How much is the deposit?
Deposits range between 25%–50% of the treatment price, depending on:

Time reserved exclusively for you
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Why are deposits non-refundable?
Your appointment time is removed from our diary and cannot always be refilled at short notice.
Think of it like this:
If you went to work but your employer decided not to open for the day, you wouldn’t expect to go unpaid. The same principle applies here.
Can I pay the remaining balance on the day?
Yes. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
We reserve the right to:
Charge the card on file
Request alternative payment before treatment begins
We understand that life happens. Each client is allowed ONE cancellation grace per year. Your deposit is still taken, but if you rebook and attend a replacement appointment within 60 days, we will transfer your deposit. This is a one-time courtesy only. What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may result in:

Do you allow any free cancellations?
Yes — one courtesy cancellation per client, per 12 months.
The deposit is still retained
If you rebook and attend your new appointment within 60 days, the retained deposit will be transferred once
After this, all standard cancellation fees apply

Cancellation notice is calculated to the exact time of your appointment, not calendar days.

What if I’m unwell or have an emergency?
We understand life happens — but our policies still apply.
Running a small business means protecting our time, income, and diary. Thank you for respecting this.
MICROBLADING – IMPORTANT
Are microblading policies different?
Yes. Microblading has stricter policies due to:
Longer appointment times
Extensive prep and admin
Healing responsibility
You will be sent additional microblading-specific policies and consent forms, which must be signed before treatment.
A: MyFace Beauty Clinic operates from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday. We strive to accommodate preferred times or specific slots whenever possible to suit our clients' schedules. To ensure you secure the most convenient time for your visit, especially for evening appointments, we recommend booking at least a month in advance. You can schedule your appointment by contacting us directly through our website or by calling our clinic. BOOKING WITH OTHER ARTISTS AT MYFACE
How do I book with Mia (Lash & Brow) or Savanna (Nail Artist)?
Currently, bookings with other artists are made directly via their social media pages by DM. MIA - lash/Brows / Savanna- Nail Artist
Website booking integration is coming soon.
Do MYFACE policies apply to other artists?
No.However they are typically the same to my own.
Each artist:
Is self-employed
Has their own pricing, deposits, policies, and cancellation terms
MYFACE Beauty Clinic is not responsible for:
Their bookings
Their payments
Their cancellations
Their treatment outcomes or disputes
You agree to their individual policies when booking with them.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
What should I do before my treatment?
General guidance:
Arrive with clean skin where possible
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and intense exercise 24 hours before advanced treatments
Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids) if advised
Eat beforehand
Microblading and advanced treatments include specific pre-care instructions, which must be followed.
Yes, MYFACE Beauty Clinic reserves the right to update policies at any time. The most current version will apply at the time of booking. Regarding reviews, we welcome honest feedback that reflects the treatment provided. Policy enforcement is not grounds for negative reviews, and abusive, defamatory, or false reviews may be disputed.
There are several nearby parking options, including an affordable paid parking lot directly opposite the clinic and a close NCP parking. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and get to your appointment on time. Late fees may apply and could affect your treatment duration or cost, so always give yourself enough time.
